For women in transitional times. Come back to your heart, unveil what’s calling you and turn it into a life you’re actually living. The Art of Living: A Half-Day Retreat A retreat for women in transitional times who are ready to reconnect with themselves and create a life that feels more aligned. Sometimes we reach a point where the life we've been living no longer feels like the life we want to be living. Maybe something is changing. Maybe you've outgrown an old version of yourself. Or perhaps you know you want more, but haven't discovered what that means. Join Karry Sawatsky for a guided afternoon in a beautiful forest yurt, warmed by a woodstove and removed from the usual routines of everyday life. Through thoughtful questions, guided reflection, and practices that invite fresh perspectives, you'll have the opportunity to get honest about where you are, reconnect with what matters (moving from head to heart), and explore what you want your next season of life to look like. Become curious about what else is possible and take the first steps toward living it. This will be the juicest part of your week! By the end of The Art of Living, you'll have: • Clarity on what matters to you now. Reconnect with who you are, what you value, and what you want more of in this season of your life. • A fresh perspective on where you are. Recognize the beliefs, patterns, or ways of thinking that may be keeping you circling the life you want instead of creating it. • A clearer sense of what's calling you. Give yourself space to hear the desires, ideas, and possibilities that can get buried beneath everyday responsibilities and expectations. • Tools for navigating change and uncertainty. Explore practical ways to meet life's transitions, difficult seasons, and unfamiliar territory with greater self-trust and perspective. • A renewed connection to your own inner wisdom. Make space for your intuition, creativity, and courage to inform the choices you're making. • A meaningful next step. Identify one or two changes, decisions, or actions you want to begin taking to bring more intention, joy, and aliveness into your everyday life. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what's important to you, a fresh perspective on what's possible, and a meaningful place to begin. Is this for you? This retreat may be for you if: • You find yourself in a season of change, uncertainty, or transition and want to meet it with greater intention. • The life you've built looks fine from the outside, but your heart is calling for something different. • You've become comfortable in familiar patterns and are beginning to feel the limitations of staying there. • You have ideas, desires, or dreams you've been circling for a while, but haven't yet turned into action. • You want to feel more connected to yourself rather than continually looking outside yourself for answers. • You're ready to be more intentional about how you spend your time, energy, and the years ahead. You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or a plan. Curiosity about what might be next is enough. Your facilitator Karry Sawatsky is a transition coach who creates spaces for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. Her background in deathcare and end-of-life education has shaped the questions at the heart of her work: What really matters to me? What am I waiting for? How do I want to live? Through years of accompanying people through life's most significant transitions, Karry has developed a deep appreciation for the value of making space to reflect on how we're living, not someday, but now. She brings this perspective into her work with women who are navigating change and seeking more intention, freedom, and aliveness in their next chapter. Take an afternoon for yourself Step away from the usual demands of life and join us for a guided retreat in the forest. Come as you are. Bring your curiosity. Give yourself permission to consider what you want this next season of life to hold. The Art of Living is an invitation to stop circling the life you want and begin creating it.
