Lakeside Autumn Sound Journey

Let sound carry you into the season of letting go. Gather lakeside in an intimate private home for an evening of deep rest, resonance and seasonal renewal. As autumn releases what it no longer needs, we are invited to do the same. We’ll begin with a gentle somatic practice to help the body soften into a more receptive state, followed by an immersive sound journey designed to support relaxation, nervous system settling, embodied presence and connection. Wrapped in layers of voice, vibration and resonant sound, you’ll be invited to lay down what feels complete and allow it to compost back into the earth, creating space for what wants to be nourished next. Warm cedar tea will be offered as we honour the seasonal shift together. Come as you are. Rest. Receive. Let the season move through you. Facilitators: Natalina Giovinazzo will lead us through a gentle somatic practice to prepare us for our soothing sound journey. She loves to bring you out of the mindspace and into your physical and subtle body. She will take us through some gentle pranyama(breathwork) that will be aligned with movement. Lauren Bartfai will share soothing sounds with a diverse collection of therapeutic instruments. She brings over 15 years of experience in the wellness and sound healing industry to share a deeply crafted artisanal experience for our collective harmony. You will be immersed in live music soundscapes that can help ease stress, restlessness and tension. Crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, vocalization and a wind gong provide restorative sounds that help cultivate deep relaxation and well-being. What to bring with you: A yoga mat, pillow and a blanket as desired for comfort. Wear comfortable clothing for movement and deep breathing. Parking An email with parking details will be sent before the event. Expect a few minutes walk to the home depending on local traffic and available parking.
