Mind & Movement Collective: Embracing Change

Join us for Mind and Movemen: Embracing Change by Emanuela Silvestri, Personal Trainer, Doula & Silvia Talamonti Counsellor, MSc, RCC. Mind & Movement Collective is a 60-minute group experience bringing together movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection. This session: Embrace Change Change is part of life, but adapting to it isn't always simple. In this session, we'll explore how we experience change and how awareness, movement and reflection can help us approach transitions with greater curiosity and flexibility. What to expect • Approximately 30–40 minutes of guided, adaptable movement • Mindfulness and reflection • Guided exploration of the topic Embrace Change • Opportunities for conversation and connection • Practical ideas to carry into everyday life No previous fitness or mindfulness experience is required. Participate at your own pace and in a way that feels comfortable for you. Move. Reflect. Connect. The session includes approximately 30–40 minutes of accessible, adaptable movement, alongside mindfulness, reflection and psychosocial activities designed to encourage awareness, conversation and connection.
