No prior experience is needed. Just an open heart. What You Will Learn & Experience This foundational training is designed for complete beginners and those feeling called to energy healing. Understanding Energy & Reiki You'll explore what Reiki is and how it works, the history and lineage of this healing art, how energy flows through the body, and the connection between energy, emotions, and physical tension. We'll also introduce the chakra system as a foundation for your practice. Self-Healing Techniques You'll learn how to give yourself a full Reiki self-treatment, daily grounding and protection practices, simple techniques to calm anxiety and regulate your nervous system, and how to create a personal healing ritual you can return to again and again. Hands-On Healing Practice We'll move through hand positions for treating yourself and others, practice Reiki in pairs in a safe and supportive environment, and explore how to sense energy and trust your intuition. You'll also learn how to hold space for others with presence and care. Sacred Attunement You will receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement — a powerful energetic initiation that opens your energy channels and allows Reiki energy to flow through you. This is a transformational moment you will carry with you for life.
