Your self-care groovy afternoon

Chill out and recharge with good vibes and self-care moves for an afternoon you won’t forget. You are invited to an afternoon of CARE, RELAXATION and SLOW DANCING, SLOW MOVING. Join and experiemnt the art of moving and dancing through care and nourishment. A space where music, dancing, body-work, and cultural heritage meet. This event has been prepared and carefully chosen to create a space you can: feel safer release, unwind, breath and relax receive support feel welcome. Here is what awaits you relaxing specifically tailored for highly sensitive and sencory sensitive people a fascia release session to relax physical and emotional tensions a gentle live drumming leading you to a 30-minutes dance loop We open the afternoon with a gentle self-massage ritual to warm up the body. The event ends with a closing inviting you to use your voice and your body. We will also give offering to the Earth. More details will be shared with the participants. The self-care groovy afternoon is based on my personel expriences of care, healing and surgery recovering, through seasons and time. It is rooted in (West)African practices of care and healing rituals, nutrition and dance. Please note, that there are only a few places available and no other spot can be added.
