Sound bath

Join a candle lit nature inspired sound journey, honouring the descent into darkness at this time of year. REST & RECEIVE ~ Immerse yourself in sound as you gather by the cosy glow of candle light, drifingt & dreaming within autumn & winters dark embrace. These sessions has been created to gift you time to pause & slow down, through a gentle practice, that requires no ‘doing,’ to receive it’s benefits. Be held within a tapestry of rich resonant & harmonious tones, with the symphonic gong oozing primordial & cosmic sounds, creating a live soundscape, woven together with an array of other instruments, that welcome you to drop into a sense of timelessness. Spoken word will guide the mind into a soft receptive state, shared at the start & end of the session, whilst sound from an array of instruments will take up the majority of the time. Held by Sofia.
