Autumn reflections Forest Bathing (for women only)

Take time out in an ancient woodland to slow down, reflect on the year, and learn the basics of forest bathing and the benefits to health. Lindsey of Dorset Forest Bathing brings you this special Autumn celebration for Women at her local woodland. In the gentle walk and exploratory event you'll have the chance to reflect on the balance in your life, as well as spending nourishing time in this beautiful ancient woodland noticing how autumn is arriving. We will complete a circular walk of around a 1.5 miles max, before ending with a chance to reflect, stop, chat and drink some tea. I will send out joining information and directions a few days before the event, and look forward to meeting you there The car park is small so please car share where possible. This event will go ahead unless it is unsafe to do so (weather warning) or the weather looks to be utterly miserable, in which case I will email you on the morning of the event so please check before setting out.
