Join us every Wednesday to discover the mental and physical benefits of Tai Chi Qigong. Suitable for all. No equipment or experience needed. Adaptations can be made for a range of health conditions and for limited mobility. We practice Shibashi Sets 1 and 2, as well as standalone Qigong movements.
