Breathe In Sing Out

Join our West Bridgford Social Prescribing Community Hub for sessions and information on health, wellbeing and social connections. Breathe In Sing Out Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable session combining breathing techniques, gentle vocal exercises and singing to support your wellbeing and promote lung health. You’ll learn how to use your diaphragm through posture and breathing exercises, followed by vocal activities and singing on the outbreath to help lengthen your exhalation. Each session finishes with relaxation, leaving you time to unwind and recharge. Alongside the breathing and singing, there’s an opportunity to connect with others, enjoy some peer support and have a laugh – because laughter is good for the diaphragm too! No singing experience is needed – just come along, give it a go and enjoy the experience. Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP. All bookings are non-refundable. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness. Follow us on Facebook: @RushcliffeSP or visit Social Prescribing Hub for updates.
