Join us in person to reconnect with your body, find your center, and feel grounded in and from your pelvis. Grounded in the Pelvis A Feldenkrais® workshop to deepen and update your self image and movement skills around the power in the pelvis. Through gentle movement we will reorganise the pelvic floor & hip joints, experience the deep release and fluid activation of the psoas muscles, and find more fluent powerful movement from the core of your being. Suitable for dancers, those who love to dance, those who workout in the gym or engaged in sports, yoga or pilates and anyone who has a pelvis and wants to move better and enjoy better poster and everyday moments in life. Feldenkrais Method® is a somatic movement practice that helps repattern our nervous system and bring more ease and flow to our movements and life.
