Men At Play

Remember the joy of play as a boy? Well, this is about reconnecting with that. Let go of the need for a result, and just have fun! At some point, men stop playing. Not because they don't want to — but because life gets serious, responsibilities pile up, and somewhere along the way messing about starts to feel like something you're not supposed to do anymore. This session is permission to ignore all of that. We'll spend a morning doing improv games, team challenges, and creative activities — some mind-focused, some physical, some just plain silly. There are prizes. There is no dress code. You will probably look ridiculous at some point. That's the point. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. This session includes a short check-in at the start and check-out at the end — a moment to arrive, connect with the group, and reflect before you head off.
