Coming Back to Balance — Women’s Equinox Workshop

Women’s circle for the turn of the year - breathwork, Qigong, somatic movement, & seasonal ritual helping find balance & store resilience. As the days shorten and the year turns toward its dark half, our nervous systems are asking for something different — not more doing, but a conscious return to balance. Coming Back to Balance is a four-hour women’s workshop held around the autumn equinox — the one day of the year when light and dark stand equal. It’s a space to pause at that threshold: to release what you’re ready to let go of from the lighter half of the year, and to consciously gather the resilience tools that will carry you through the winter months ahead.
