Time for rest, stillness and self-care in the middle of the busiest season, to honour the day, listen to your heart, and tend to your needs Join me for a nourishing two-hour pause. Together we’ll share ceremonial cacao, settle into stillness to be soothed by rest and listen within to the wisdom of your heart. Honouring the day before the Winter Solstice, the point in the seasons when one cycle of the sun ends and a new one is born. From now the days will grow lighter again. Hoorah! Nature has slowed to the quiet, restful pace of winter. Beneath the still ground, roots are growing and energy is being restored, preparing for the return of life. This circle invites you to do the same: to rest, to be held, and to be nourished in community. It is rest that allows energy and life to be re-ignited from within. Winter Solstice The darkest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, when the day is at its shortest and the night at its longest. Known as the 'Festival of Rebirth' it celebrates the 'Return of the Sun'. From here, the light grows in strength, sparking new life and growth in nature, and in us too.
