You're in for a treat! Imagine getting comfortable, closing your eyes and allowing yourself to be surrounded by beautiful, soothing sounds and gentle vibrations. Using instruments such as singing bowls and other resonant sounds, a Sound Bath creates a calming atmosphere where you can simply relax, listen and let the stresses of the day fade into the background. There's no water involved, no singing required and absolutely nothing you need to do except get comfortable and enjoy the experience! Many people find Sound Baths deeply relaxing, helping them feel peaceful, refreshed and more connected to themselves. And the best part? You don't need any experience whatsoever! 💕 What Else Can You Look Forward To? 🌿 Grounding & Mindfulness – Leave the outside world behind and settle into the moment. 😂 Movement & Laughter – Because wellbeing should be fun too! 💬 Real Conversations & Connection – Meet wonderful women, share experiences and enjoy meaningful conversations in a welcoming, supportive space. 🎨 Creative Self-Expression – Explore your creative side and enjoy a little time just for you. 🤍 Healthy Relationships & Wellbeing – Explore topics that matter to us as women, from confidence and boundaries to self-care and personal growth. 🎶 A Beautiful Sound Bath with James from Healing Hands – The perfect opportunity to switch off, unwind and enjoy some much-deserved relaxation. 💜 This Is More Than Just a Women's Circle...
