Sound Bath: Ambient Electronic & Traditional Instruments

Synthesizer • Singing Bowls • Chimes • Tongue Drum • Effects • Piano Take time to slow down with this unique sound bath in the Hot Box's cosy yoga studio, immersing yourself in both electronic and traditional sounds. As well as crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, I’ll use subtle electronic sounds, piano and effects, creating an ambient flow aimed at promoting deep relaxation. You are welcome to book into one of the Hot Box's sauna sessions before or after the sound bath. I would recommmend booking as early as possible. Important: • The studio provides mats and blocks but I would recommend bringing a cushion and blanket for extra comfort. • Parking is available at the Hot Box, but is normally limited to 90mins. If you plan to park for longer than this (e.g. to use the sauna) provide your reg number during the checkout as well as directly to the sauna reception on the day to avoid clamping. • Music can be powerful and therapeutic, promoting relaxation and changes in brain state. I am facilitating this experience as a qualified musician - I do not have medical / therapy qualifications.
