Deep Rest

Join us for a nourishing two-hour journey combining Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice designed to support physical Through gentle, supported restorative yoga postures, using lots of props to allow the body to fully release, we’ll create space to slow down and settle the nervous system. There is no striving or pushing in this practice.. simply an invitation to be held & breathe. We’ll then move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often described as sleep yoga. Practised lying comfortably, Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to move beyond the busyness of the mind and into a state of deep rest and internal awareness. This seasonal workshop is a chance to replenish your energy and embrace the quieter rhythm of the colder months. You can expect: • Gentle, deeply supported Restorative Yoga • Breath awareness and mindful relaxation • A nourishing Yoga Nidra practice • Time to slow down and turn inward • Space for deep rest and renewal Suitable for all levels and no previous experience is needed.
