After selling out two events at the bookshop last November, As If I Always Knew returns to Prim’s for more guided piano meditations As If I Always Knew: A Piano Meditation at Prim’s Bookshop Doors : 5.30pm Meditation: 6pm Duration: approx. 55 minutes ------------------------------------- As If I Always Knew Experience something truly different in the intimate setting of Prim’s Bookshop, Kinsale. As If I Always Knew (Irish pianist/composer Cian Sweeney) presents A Piano Meditation; a unique performance combining semi-improvised piano, guided breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and gentle vocal toning. Audiences are invited to lie on yoga mats surrounding the piano, or sit comfortably, and allow the music to unfold as a meditative journey. This is not a traditional concert, but an immersive experience designed for rest, reflection, and presence.
