Care Less. Love More

We’re taught that caring is a good thing. And it is, until caring becomes worrying, overthinking, taking responsibility for everyone else, or doing things because we’re afraid of what might happen if we don’t. Often, underneath that caring is self-doubt, worrying what people think, whether we’re doing enough, or whether we’re getting it right. We think it’s better to care deeply without carrying everything. We want to share how you can feel more confident in yourself, trust your own judgement and stop letting worry run the show. In this free workshop, we’ll explore: 1. When caring becomes worrying Learn to recognise when genuine care has turned into worry, guilt, overthinking or taking on too much. 2. How to trust and back yourself How to shift to listening to what you need and trusting yourself to handle what comes next. 3. How to love more and worry less Discover how changing the energy behind caring can help you feel lighter, more confident and less responsible for everyone else while loving the people and things that matter. Caring less doesn’t mean becoming uncaring. It’s about finding a lighter way to care with more love, trust and choice, and less worry and responsibility.
