Workshop Details In this nurturing environment, you and your daughter will: - Participate in a gentle womb meditation connecting to feminine wisdom - Learn about the four phases of the menstrual cycle through engaging, age appropriate activities - Discover the unique "superpowers" available during different cycle phases - Experience a meaningful sharing circle where mothers share their first period stories and hopes for their daughters - Explore personalised cycle maps to track emotions, activities, and self-care practices - Learn how to assemble a special self-care toolkit for navigating menstrual changes with confidence - Take part in a heartfelt closing ceremony honouring this threshold moment This workshop offers a refreshing alternative to the clinical or embarrassed approach so many of us experienced. Instead, we frame menstruation as a source of power, intuition, and connection to nature's rhythms. Who Is This For? This workshop is designed for girls around ages 9-14 who have not yet begun menstruating but are approaching this transition, accompanied by their mothers or guardian. We create an inclusive space that honours all experiences of womanhood.
