Pause and Restore : Midday Reset

Take a pause from the pace of your day and give yourself space to reset, restore, and come back into balance. Pause & Restore: Midday Reset is a semi private Reiki experience guided by skilled practitioners who blend the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki with soothing elements of sound. Reiki is a deeply relaxing practice that can help quiet the mind, release tension, and support a greater sense of balance and well being. This peaceful midday experience invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, creating a moment of stillness in the middle of a busy day. Allow the energy and sound to wash over you, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and restored. After your session, linger over a warm cup of tea and ease gently back into your day. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the rest of your day and the week ahead with a renewed sense of calm.
