Reset and Recenter - Restorative Yoga

A gentle, deeply relaxing restorative yoga class designed to calm the mind, release tension, and support full‑body rest. Restorative Yoga is a slow, nurturing experience that invites you to pause, breathe, and soften. This class focuses on deep relaxation through supported postures, calming breathwork, and mindful stillness. With the help of props, blankets, and gentle guidance, your body is encouraged to release tension while your nervous system unwinds. Held in the warm, rustic comfort of the JPH barn, the space itself becomes part of the practice — soft natural light, quiet wooden beams, and the peaceful hum of the marshland create an atmosphere where rest comes naturally. Each session is intentionally paced, offering plenty of time to settle into each shape and allow your body to restore from the inside out. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience needed — just come as you are and let the space hold you.
