This class will review childbirth along with the first few days of newborn care. A labor and delivery RN covers what to expect during labor and delivery; coping tips for the 3rd trimester as well as labor and birth ; information on pain management; Cesarean birth and more. A tour of the Birthplace will be included. Also included is beginning information on caring for your baby during the first days of life; newborn safety and immunizations, diaper changing and more.
