This couples workshop is designed to help you reconnect, improve communication, and deepen emotional and physical intimacy in a relaxed, guided setting. No experience with Tantra is needed. Overview Would you like to spend quality time with your partner while learning how to strengthen your relationship and intimacy? Tantric tools for conscious connection can open the door to new discoveries and lasting transformation in your intimate life, whether you’ve been together for years or are just starting out. Join us for a cozy, enjoyable evening with guided practices, simple communication exercises, meditations, and structured trauma-informed somatic experiences. Who Is This For? This workshop is for couples who: • Feel something is a little off and want to reconnect • Are doing well and want to deepen their connection • Are curious about intimacy and conscious touch • Have different levels of desire or feel out of sync • Want to improve communication around intimacy • Feel stuck in a routine or long-term relationship rut • Simply want a different kind of date night! Many couples arrive feeling unsure or a little nervous and leave feeling more connected than they have in a long time. What to Expect This is a fully clothed, respectful space where couples can learn, reflect, and practice new relationship tools together. Expect a mix of: • Teaching • Guided communication exercises • Simple, structured practices to build connection • Meditations and awareness exercises • Optional, non-sexual touch practices with clear guidance and consent You don’t need any prior experience with yoga or meditation, just openness, curiosity and a willingness to explore together.
