Elementals Breathwork - Water

A water-themed conscious, connected breathwork session. We will explore the element of Water with guided meditation and breathwork. Elementals Breathwork is a monthly breathwork series exploring the wisdom of the elements through conscious connected breathwork and community. November's gathering is with the essence of water. We will gather for an opening circle, short teaching and meditation on the element of Water, a conscious, connected breathwork journey and a closing circle. The elements can be a powerful guide through the seasons, a grounding presence amidst massive change, and conscious, connected breathwork is a meaningful way to connect with our breath, body and elemental being. Registration is for Sunday, Novemeber 15th session. We'll gather in rhythm with the elements—returning each month to the wisdom of Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Ether. Upcoming sessions: Sunday, December 13th, 10 am to noon, Earth. Sunday, January 10th, 3 to 5 pm, Ether.
