CANDLE LIT YOGA

Join us at Stillwell Spa for a peaceful morning of gentle, yin, and restorative yoga. You’ll be guided through 50 minutes of restorative yoga for all levels, using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to encourage gentle movement, relaxation, and body awareness. We’ll then settle into a 5-10 minute savasana designed to help quiet the mind and support a relaxed nervous-system state. No yoga experience is necessary. Mats and props are provided—just bring yourself and anything else that helps you feel extra cozy (blanket, hoodie, journal etc). Rachel is a 500 hour yoga teacher and Reiki Master who brings a blend of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation to her teaching. Her classes are designed help you slow down, and come back to a regulated nervous system while keeping it light, welcoming, and enjoyable. You can expect palo santo, essential oils and the best music. $25 to attend; you'll pay the spa when you arrive for class.
