About this event
Join us at Stillwell Spa for a peaceful morning of gentle, yin, and restorative yoga. You’ll be guided through 50 minutes of restorative yoga for all levels, using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to encourage gentle movement, relaxation, and body awareness. We’ll then settle into a 5-10 minute savasana designed to help quiet the mind and support a relaxed nervous-system state.
