Join us for candle-lit evenings of guided mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system recalibration in a peaceful healing space. Each gathering offers a different experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate more presence throughout your week. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this circle welcomes all levels. Beginners will be gently guided, while experienced meditators can deepen their awareness and inner connection.
