Sound Bath for your Soul

A deeply relaxing sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs & other instruments - an invitation to slow down & unwind. Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us for an afternoon of rest, relaxation, and gentle renewal at Soul Movement Studio. Guided by Chelsea from Sing Your Soul, this nurturing sound bath invites you to simply lie back, breathe deeply, and be immersed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. The calming sounds create a space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself, supporting a sense of balance and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. No experience is needed - just come as you are and allow yourself to receive the restorative benefits of sound. Please bring along a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, and water to help you feel comfortable and cosy during the session. A limited number of props will also be available at the studio. Everyone is warmly welcome in this space. ✨ To honour the flow of the sound bath and ensure a peaceful experience for all, doors will close promptly at 2:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late entry and refunds cannot be accommodated.
