Steeped in intentionality, ritual, and a deep honouring of earth-based practices, this immersion on Sunday 25th of October is the perfect time to have a meaningful check-in with yourself and to fill up your own cup, before this year of the Fire Horse gets away from us! Through a variety of breath techniques guided by Alyssa, and Bella’s exploration of sound healing (crystal singing bowls, flow chimes and handpan) and the giving of Reiki (an energy healing modality), together we connect and ground ourselves in certainty, trust and joy. Expect to meet yourself clearly and authentically. This immersion is a remembrance that we are each a bright spark of Light Source: powerful, creative, and divine. Alyssa is a Reiki and Breathwork practitioner with a deep interest in the ethos and mythos of healing. Her practice is centred around creating a safe, open space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves and the land, and explore what lies beneath the surface. Drawing inspiration from Nature, healing traditions from all over the world and the ever-evolving field of neuroscience, Alyssa approaches her work with both curiosity and patience. She is driven to explore the light and dark aspects of life- continually questioning, learning and experiencing what it means to be human.
