My Voice, My Rights, My Way! Workshops

The My Voice, My Rights, My Way project delivers collaboratively designed workshops which teach self-advocacy skills. These skills empower consumers to confidently advocate for themselves, and to better navigate the mental health system. The workshops assist participants in identifying the key barriers they face in the mental health system, and to provide them with resources to build knowledge and get a clear path forward. Workshops also offer peer networking and peer mentoring opportunities. They are designed and delivered by people with their own lived experience of mental health challenges.
