MANAWA X RCVRI 90 MINUTE RESET Breathe. Recover. Reset. A midweek reset created to give you 90 minutes to step away from the noise, slow down and give back to yourself. MANAWA WILD is coming together with RCVRI Cronulla to bring you a guided experience combining breathwork, contrast therapy and recovery — designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored and reset. THE EXPERIENCE We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle, guided breathwork led by MANAWA WILD. This is a downregulating practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and shift out of the busyness of the day. No intense breathwork or previous experience required, just you and your breath. From there, we’ll move into 60 minutes of guided recovery at RCVRI. The whole experience has been intentionally designed to take you from breathe → recover → reset. No rushing. No pressure. Nothing to achieve. Just 90 minutes dedicated completely to you. WHAT TO BRING Please bring: • Comfortable clothing • Swimwear • Towel • Water bottle A NOTE ABOUT BREATHWORK The breathwork portion is a gentle, downregulating practice with no intense breathing or prolonged breath holds. If you are pregnant, have a significant heart or respiratory condition, or have any medical concerns about participating, please consult your healthcare professional before attending. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own pace. Spaces are intentionally limited to 6–8 women. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter.
