Ember Centre's Fall Day Camp - Tending to the Inner Fire

A afternoon in the forest to tend your inner fire, with play, reflection, a bonfire, s’mores, and a mindful chai workshop. Ember's Fall Day Camp 🍃🤍🌀Tending to the inner fire. This Fall Day Camp is an invitation to sit with your own flame, to notice what it's asking for, and to learn how to tend it well through the season ahead. Fire needs different things depending on its state. Yours might be roaring; burning hard through the final push of 2026, chasing goals before the holidays arrive. It might be waning; embers low, close to burnt out after giving so much of yourself. Or it might need taming; an uncontrolled blaze you're ready to slow down into a steadier flame. Wherever your fire is right now, this day is about learning to tend to it: to add fuel when you're depleted, to give it air and space when it's been smothered, to build the right containment when it's burning too wild. We'll spend the afternoon stepping away from the noise and into the forest. Expect play, slowness, laughter with others, and quiet space to reflect in a beautiful setting. We’ll end the day gathered around a real bonfire, for s'mores and a mindful chai-making workshop, integrating everything we've felt and sensed out in the wild. Whatever state you arrive in, you'll leave with tools to bring your fire into balance. Our Registered Clinical Counsellors are here to support you in self exploration and to create a safe container for you to tend to the inner flame. See you in the forest. 🌲 📍 Campbell Valley Regional Park Campground 📅 Sunday, November 22, 2026 🕛 12:00pm – 4:00pm Ages 15+ Registration open now
