Grounding Sound Bath

An evening of restorative sound and stillness to help you feel more grounded, centered, and at ease. Let the outside world soften as you settle into grounded stillness and support in this Grounding Sound Bath. Sound Baths are more than just a meditation - they’re a full-body experience. As you lie back and relax, the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes, drums, and gong will gently guide you inward, inviting your body, mind, and spirit into a state of profound harmony. These instruments are intentionally chosen not only for their sound but for their ability to calm the nervous system, support energetic grounding, and help release what you're carrying. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you release tension, connect to your breath, and settle fully into the present moment. From there, the soundscape takes over - layered vibrations and tones weaving together to create an experience that soothes the nervous system and nourishes the soul. No meditation experience is needed. This space is open to everyone - just bring yourself and a willingness to receive. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected to yourself.
