Senior Health Fair 2026

An opportunity for seniors and care providers to learn more about community programs and services available to seniors in Waterloo. What is the Senior Health Fair? The Senior Health Fair is an annual event hosted by the City of Waterloo where seniors and care providers are able to learn about resources and supports available in our community. Funding is provided by the City of Waterloo, KW4 Ontario Health Team and the Government of Ontario, through grant funding distributed by the Older Adult Centres' Association of Ontario (OACAO) for Senior Active Living Fairs. The 2025 fair saw over 500 attendees! Who should attend? • Individuals aged 55+ living within Waterloo Region • Anyone looking to learn more about services available to seniors in our community Why should I attend the fair? • To learn more about resources and supports available to seniors in our community • To hear presentations • Speak with local service providers • Participate in a City of Waterloo fitness class • Receive a hearing screening or blood pressure check in our health clinics • A chance to win a door prize or presentation prize • A resource swag bag for those who pre-register in advance of the fair • Light refreshments • And of course, the fair is completely free of charge for all attendees!
