Winter Solstice Sound Bath: Christmas Calm Among the Chaos

A restorative Winter Solstice sound bath to relax, reset and reconnect before the festive season. As the festive season gathers pace and life becomes busier than ever, gift yourself a moment to pause. Join us for a deeply relaxing Winter Solstice Sound Bath, a peaceful evening to step away from the pressure of shopping, planning and doing... and reconnect with simply being. The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a powerful invitation to slow down, turn inward and reflect before the light begins to return. This is your opportunity to: ✨ Release stress and festive overwhelm ✨ Create space for reflection and intention-setting ✨ Rest deeply and support your wellbeing ✨ Reconnect with yourself before the new year begins ✨ Experience stillness amidst the seasonal rush Whether you're feeling exhausted, emotionally drained or simply in need of some quiet time, this nurturing evening offers a sanctuary of calm in the heart of winter. Leave feeling lighter, grounded and renewed.
