Please be welcomed to join us at St Augustine's Community Hub for our October 2026 BBG group meeting. Our October 2026 BBG support group meeting will be hosted by Jane who will guide us through a relaxing hour including breathing exercises, and talks on healthy grieving and our body responses to grief. You are welcome to be seated or if you prefer you can bring a mat, blanket and cushion.
