4 Week Beginner Yoga Course

A gentle and supportive introduction to yoga, teaching you about the various styles, breathing techniques & theory. 4 week course Saturdays 12:00-13:00, starts November 7th Fee: €48 If you've always been curious about yoga, this is a wonderful place to start. Embark on this 4 week journey with Leire, who will teach you the pillars of yoga, helping to form a better relationship with yourself through this modality. Each week will focus on something different for eg. breathwork, poses, mantra, philosophy etc. Yoga is about more than stretching. The body it is a vehicle and through awareness we can experience many wonderful things. Expect a safe space to ask your questions, and move at your own pace. Limited space. Drop in is available if any space left on the day. If you would like to book the course but are unable to attend all 4 sessions-get in touch and we can offer you a credit to use on a different class. It is recommended to attend each class as you will be learning a core teaching of yoga every session. You won't want to miss it!
