Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation where you rest while moving your awareness through the body, breath and senses. It helps settle the nervous system and allows the body and mind to rest deeply without needing to sleep. Please note our events now start at 6pm. Meet Emma, your host: With a 100-hour trauma-informed Yin Yoga certification and a background in the corporate world, Emma brings both groundedness and empathy to her teaching. Her approach is slow, intentional, and centered on creating a space where your body feels safe to relax and release.
