Guided by a certified yoga instructor, this beginner-friendly session is designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and ease into the day with greater clarity and calm. Whether you're new to yoga or simply looking for a more intentional way to start your Sunday, you're warmly welcome. This session is part of Sunday Reset by R Movement — a growing series of Sunday movement gatherings that create space for women to pause, recharge, and rise together.
