Sunday Sol Reset

A different kind of Sunday morning—movement, breathwork, meditation, connection & community. Breathwork • Meditation • Movement• Community A different kind of Sunday morning. Sunday Sol Reset is a gentle Sunday gathering created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and step into the week feeling a little more grounded. A Sunday Morning for Your Body, Mind + Spirit So much of our week is spent doing, thinking, planning, working, and taking care of everyone and everything around us. This is your space to stop. To listen to your body. To breathe intentionally. To sit in stillness. And to connect with other people who are craving something a little deeper, too. You don't need to be "good" at meditation. You don't need to be flexible. And you don't need any previous breathwork experience. Everything is invitational. Come as you are. What We'll Do Each Sunday Sol Reset will gently guide you through: • Light stretching + intuitive movement • Nervous-system supportive practices • Regulating breathwork • Guided meditation + spiritual reflection • Rest + integration • Warm cacao + light snacks • Community + meaningful conversation The practices may change slightly each gathering depending on the theme, but the intention remains the same: Slow down. Breathe. Connect. Reset. Who This Is For Sunday Sol Reset may be especially meaningful for you if you're craving: • A more intentional Sunday morning • A deeper connection with God or your spirituality • Tools to support your nervous system • More stillness and presence in your life • Genuine community and conversation • A spiritual space without pressure or doctrine • A grounded way to begin the week All experience levels and backgrounds are welcome. Pay What You Can I want this gathering to remain accessible to the all. Sunday Sol Reset is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. What to Bring Please bring: • A yoga mat • Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in • Water • A journal if you'd like to reflect • An open mind and heart Everything else will be provided. A Note About Faith Sunday Sol Reset is open to all beliefs and backgrounds. While conversations around God, spirituality, or something greater may naturally arise, faith is never the theme of the gathering—the body is. We begin with what is here: your breath, your body, your nervous system, and your lived experience. There is no sermon, doctrine, or expectation around what you should believe. We simply create enough space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect. For some, what they find there is God. For others, it may be peace, presence, intuition, or a deeper connection to themselves. Come as you are. Take what resonates. Leave what doesn't.
