Creative Writing for Adults at Somerford Arc

About this event

This autumn, join ArtfulScribe in a relaxed and friendly space where we’ll explore creative expression through writing. This free weekly writing group is a relaxed and friendly space where we’ll look at different aspects of creative writing, taking inspiration from the world around us, our inner lives, sample texts (other people’s writing) and each other. We will work with a range of playful prompts, writing tools, reflective journaling and freewriting to explore writing in fun and accessible ways. Open to all adults. No writing experience is needed. All materials will be provided, including tea/coffee. Running Time: 2 Hours. 10:00 - 12:00 (including a 15-minute tea break) Venue: Somerford Arc, 20 Southey Rd, Christchurch, BH23 3EH To keep these classes accessible, we are offering free tickets to all who need them; just choose this option at checkout. If you are able to contribute towards the cost of running the classes you can choose the suggested donation or donate an amount of your choice. Everyone will get the same experience. ArtfulScribe C.I.C. is a not-for-profit community interest company and your support enables us to deliver more writing events and activities across the Solent.
