Discover strength and mindset with Coco and Gemma. Enjoy an open fitness conversation followed by a live dumbbell demo at The Soap Factory! What does it truly mean to feel strong? Join performers, models, and fitness professionals from The Perfect Storm @Hibiscus_ibiza - Gemma (@well.beingwild) and Coco (@darlingcocokolin) at The Soap Factory for an uplifting Q&A and live movement demonstration exploring the deep connection between movement and mental wellbeing. We often focus on what a workout does to the outside, but the real magic happens in how it supports our minds. In this open, honest conversation, Gemma and Coco will dive into their personal fitness journeys, why they work out, and how moving their bodies keeps them mentally grounded. They’ll also explore how the exact same exercise can look and feel completely different from person to person—and why that unique variation is exactly what makes all bodies so incredible. Following the talk, Gemma and Coco will grab some weights for a live, guided demo of their favourite dumbbell workouts. Watch them swap routines and test each other's exercises as they explain how the movements adapt to their different bodies - you can come up and have a go. You’ll leave with practical tips on how to translate these exercises into your own routine, feeling inspired to celebrate your own unique strength.
