Healing Sound Meditation in Cork - Guided Meditation with Live Music

Take a moment to slow down, relax, and reconnect through the healing power of sound and meditation. Step out of the everyday and into a world of sacred sound. 🧡 We begin gently. The lights are low, the music is soft, and there is nothing you need to do except arrive and relax. As the mantras begin, you can sing along or simply listen and let the sound wash over you. Little by little, the day falls away. The mind grows quiet, the shoulders drop, and a deep peace settles in. Then the music lifts. Voices join, the rhythm builds, and that stillness opens into joy: the kind that comes when a room full of people sing from the heart. By the end, you may find you have let go of more than you expected, and you go home lighter than you came. This is kirtan: the hearing and singing of sacred mantras. No experience is needed and everyone is welcome. Join in, sit quietly, or simply be present in whatever way feels right for you. Come along if you'd like to: ✨ unwind after a busy week ✨ give your nervous system a chance to reset ✨ feel grounded and at peace as the mind grows quiet ✨ be carried by live mantra music and the warmth of voices singing together ✨ go home with a lighter heart, feeling renewed and fully alive This evening is offered by donation (minimum of €5 for entrance). Give what feels right for you; every contribution helps us keep these evenings going. 💛 Come on your own or bring a friend. We look forward to taking this journey with you.
