Full description from organizerShow less
Some things that I have learnt as an actor that are VERY useful for living a healthy life. Emotional Yoga - learn how to manipulate your breath so you can stretch your emotional body and keep it flexible. You will also be able to use this technique to clear out emotional residue and buildup. Emotional PPE - how to stay safe in the face of extreme emotion, from other people and yourself. Embodied Imagination - learn how to get your body to respond to your mind, not the other way around.
